Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We will refund the purchase amount once the returned goods have been received by us or once you provide proof of dispatch— even if the goods have been lost during transport.
Notice Regarding Transport Damage
Please inspect the goods immediately upon delivery for any external damage to the packaging or obvious transport damage.
Any damage to the packaging or goods must be reported to the carrier immediately upon delivery and noted on the freight or delivery receipt, as otherwise a damage claim may be excluded.
We recommend, especially for larger freight items (e.g. racks or training machines), taking photos both before loading and upon delivery to clearly document any possible transport damage.
In the event of damage, please inform us immediately by e-mail and include the relevant photos so that we can process the claim as quickly as possible.
Returns & Costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The return must be made in the original packaging and insured to the address specified by the seller.

Inspection and Handling of Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
This particularly applies if the fitness equipment is used beyond mere unpacking and a one-time proper setup for functional testing (e.g. intensive training, improper or permanent installation with visible signs of use that make resale as new impossible) or is damaged due to improper handling.
