1. Scope
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the eBay shop “SLITISIAN ATHLETICS”.
(2) Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

3. Conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of goods on eBay does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to the customer to submit an offer.
(2) By clicking on the “Buy” button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the offer, either by express confirmation or by shipping the goods.
(4) The contract text is stored by the seller and can be made available to the customer upon request. The customer can print or save the contract text before placing their order.
(5) The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
4. Prices & shipping costs
(1) All prices are in euros and include statutory sales tax.
(2) In addition to the prices quoted, shipping costs are incurred, which are shown separately during the ordering process.
5. Delivery conditions
(1) Delivery is made exclusively to delivery addresses in Germany and Austria.
(2) The delivery time is specified on the respective product pages.
(3) If a product is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately.
6. Terms of payment

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
8. Right of withdrawal

9. Warranty

(2) The seller is only liable for other damages in cases of intent and gross negligence.

12. Dispute resolution

(2) If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the seller's place of business.
